JOSEPH SAND | Spring 2022
Joseph Sand with ceramic platters May 2022.heic
A great firing!  We are so blessed to have an easy-going kiln that consistently produces beautiful pottery.  We've fired it 35 times now, which is such a baffling thing, that time has flown by so quickly.

The platters and plates are really stunning.  Honestly, the glaze quality on everything is fantastic.  This weekend is Mother's Day, and we couldn't do this work without the support in the background of all the mothers: Lara & Brenda (firing crew and potters extraordinaire), my mother, Rita, who helps with the kids and makes the infamous Sloppy Joe's on the last day of each firing, and my wife, Amanda, who holds up the business side of things while also working full time in her dream job.

All the pots are gorgeous.  And, I believe that the mothers in our lives deserve something gorgeous ;)

We hope to see you this weekend and next!

P.S. We have a new apprentice!  Wesley's preview is below.
Wesley Smith | Spring 2022
Welcome, Wesley!  This is his first production cycle with us.  We are thrilled to have him.  He's a hard worker, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.  Come on out to meet him and see his first works from our kiln.

P.S.  Some of Eamon's pots are also available, and you'll see those in the preview photos below, as well.

I also wanted to give a shout out to our apprentice assistant, Ira.  So grateful to have your helping hand around the property and the incredible carvings adorning the pots!
